The rolls are rising, the turkey is brining, Ella's tooth is loose, los Americanos are here, and my inbox has several email messages from KOA readers telling me they're thankful for my weekly newsletter. All is right with the world except for the flood in the basement from yesterday's rain, but even that can't dampen my spirits.
