Ella and Madison are really excited because next week, they're going to be subjects in a brain scan test at the University of Rochester's neurodevelopmental lab.
They get to play a computer game while they're getting an MRI of their brain. Isn't that COOL?
What's more, the study then loads them up with gifts after: Each girl will also get a small toy/puzzle from the treasure chest, a larger toy/book/game from the prize shelf, a lab t-shirt, and a picture of her own personal brain.
And a lot of information about what the researchers are doing, and how the brain works.
And... $50. Each.
They were excited even before they found out about the $50. Now, they really can't wait until next Thursday. I don't think they've ever had that much money at one time, before. We just watched the movie that the lab made to show them how the whole MRI thing works.
This should be so interesting.
