How bad an educator am I?

My children are blissfully cleaning up both of their rooms. Together.

They claim that they have decided that they're entering a new era of cooperation, that Ella is going to sleep in Madison's top bunk, that they're going to use Ella's room as a playroom.

So I'm letting them clean instead of do schoolwork. The happy sounds coming from upstairs are like music.

And, I'm fairly confident that they're doing this really in good faith, and not as a ploy for not having to do schoolwork.

Though how long it will last is anybody's guess.

Update: They're doing schoolwork now. But they're still the best of friends.
